Jen-Ann Lee, Deputy General Counsel

Prior to this role, Jen-Ann worked at an energy regulatory law firm representing public agencies before the California Public Utilities Commission, California Energy Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the California Independent System Operator. Jen-Ann also interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California as well as a non-profit organization focusing on transportation electrification issues. Jen-Ann also previously worked at the California Environmental Protection Agency for five years, both for the California Air Resources Board and the State Water Resources Control Board.

Having graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Sacramento, Jen-Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer in California. Jen-Ann received her juris doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
